Got my eyes on a stack of Almonds...wishing they were tucked in side coconut and chocolate...

Yeah, I am dropping the emphasis on weight loss, rather regaining the energy that I had from the sugar and carbs. I am meeting with Cat on Wed. to get a heads up. I have somewhat of an issue making stuff at the house. Make sure the almonds and cashews are raw. Live foods rule. I have 9 days left! (because I went straight in to the detox, don't recomend that at all. But it was a journey.
