Planet Mike as we call him. Mike shreds a good guitar on stage most Wednesdays at the Wolf's blues music jam, but that is not what this is about. Mike is a former player of the St. Louis Bread Company, an important person in the development of that brand and the development of the chain that has become what it is today. Mike joined Pfoodman to finish tee-ing up The Wolf Public House; prepare for expansion, licensing franchising etc. Every now and then I sneak up on him to get some good stuff on the biz. Yes, that is a lava lamp on his desk.
