The Lindenwood University Student Center Project is well under way. This the focus of a lot of my attention. Working with Hastings and Chivetta Architects, we created the floor plan and design of the food court that will include Pfoodman's latest brand palette. Executive Chef Dave Klimuszka oversees the detail in the kitchen, the project is being build by Blanton Construction and is due to open in the fall of 2011.
