It almost took me an hour to real in this megaschnuck in the back bay of Gasparilla Island. It was the only fish I caught all day but my neck was red as a firetruck. The Tarpon was not available for photo.

When you get a photo taken holding your prize catch, you should extend your arms towards the camera to make the fish appear larger.
let me tell you something. That was the only fish I caught. I wanted to pop it in my mouth right then and there but the guide swiped it from me and tossed it back in the drink.
By the way. BMX nationals are here this weekend. I watched a bunch of masters the other day. If I had one of those funny looking bikes I might have given it a whirl.
